Little Leighs
Little Leighs, like its identical twin Pond Meadow, is the choice of families and couples who are looking to escape to a haven of tranquillity from the busy, busy world. Enjoy days out exploring and return for a quiet cosy evening, toasty and snug by the fire. It can comfortably accommodate five guests, plus a cot, with a small twin room on the ground floor making it accessible for those who have trouble with stairs. The beams are higher than in Beech and Ash, but still on the low side for those over 6’2″.
A charming home from home, clean, well equipped and in the perfect setting are the common themes of the guest book. If you enjoy dining al fresco, light up one of the bbq’s directly in front of the cottage, from where you can enjoy the distant views over fields towards Dartmoor. Whilst the charcoals are warming the children can be playing in safety in the field or being entertained by our resident goats and chickens.
