Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with Trenannick Farm Cottages and we look forward to welcoming you. By making a booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Our Terms and Conditions of booking are:

Prices

The price of the accommodation includes bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, electric heating, and cleaning. Cots and high chairs are available at no charge on request although you will need to bring the baby bedding.

Pets

Two well-behaved dogs, over the age of 12 months old, are permitted by prior arrangement at the additional supplement of £20.00 per dog per week in all cottages except Ash Cottage.

Cancellation and Insurance

Bookings are provisional, unless confirmed. By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your 1/3rd deposit is non-refundable/transferable. If you cancel after paying in full, we shall endeavour to re-let your dates. If we can re-let them, we will refund less the original deposit.

We strongly advise that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance as a safeguard.

If we are forced to close by the Government or you cannot travel due to local lockdowns, you will be offered the opportunity to re-book for another time or receive a refund whichever is preferable.

Non-availability of Accommodation

Should we be forced to cancel your stay with us as a result of reasons beyond our control (flood/fire etc), we would seek to offer you an alternative cottage. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for your stay. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival/Departure

Your cottage will be available to you from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your cottage(s). Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for breakages or damages which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that incidents are reported as they occur so that we can take any necessary remedial action. Minor breakages happen but we may send you an invoice for significant damages.

Electric Vehicle Charging

There is an EV charging point on the premises. It is 7.3Kw max Type 2. Please advise if you require use of the EV point and we will provide you with a personal access card. Your kilowatt consumption is managed via an app, so that we can provide you with an accurate invoice that is payable by BACS transfer or cash before your departure.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment. The farm buildings are out of bounds to all guests.
